Cheesecake Stuffed Lemon Cookies

Preheat oven to 375F

1. 8oz of cream cheese
2. 2/3 of a cup of powdered sugar
3. 1 teaspoon of flour
4. 18oz box of lemon cake
5. 2 eggs
6. 1/2 of a cup of vegetable oil
7. 4 oz of white chocolate chips

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and flour.

Ball cream cheese mixture and freeze.

Combine cake mix, eggs and oil.

Ball and flatted cookie mix.

Add cream cheese balls to the middle of the flatted cookie.

Wrap cookie mix around the cream cheese ball.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Melt and drizzle white chocolate chips over cookies.
