Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars

Preheat oven to 350F

1. 5lb tub of pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
2. 8oz of cream cheese
3. 1/2 of a cup of sugar
4. 1 egg
5. 1/2 of a teaspoon of vanilla

Grease 13x9 pan

Pat down a layer of cookie dough.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla.

Spread cream cheese mixture over the layer of cookie dough.

Break up more cookie dough and sprinkle on top.

((Some people use 2 tubes of cookie dough, but I like the 5lb tub because I like to have a little extra left over.))

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
