Brownie Batter Dip

1. 8oz of cream cheese
2. 1/4 of a cup of butter
3. 2 cups of powdered sugar
4. 1/3 of a cup of baking cocoa
5. 1/4 of a cup of milk
6. 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
7. 1 teaspoon of vanilla
8. mini m&ms

Combine all ingredients except the mini m&ms.

Sprinkle mini m&ms on top.
